_From March to May 2021, I photographed the daily spring growth of the tree in front of my house.
The result, a loop of all the images in sequence, was undoubtedly less interesting than the journey itself—observing branches and leaves grow, gradually filling my field of vision and creating a natural canopy in anticipation of summer.
Subsequently, I began manipulating that loop, repeatedly applying graphic distortion, deterioration, and sharpness effects to the images, enlarging them from 5,000 to 20,000 times their original size.
This process generated glitch-filled expanses that, far removed from the initial exploration, almost resemble cellular enlargements—a digital matrix of a natural occurrence.
